The Process
Natural latex is tapped from rubber plantation in Kerala & sent to our factory
Preservatives are washed out and mixed in planetary mixer.
The Blend is poured into latex moulds according to the size & specifications & baked
The mattress is then dried & Voila. We have the all natural eco- friendly mattress ready!
The product is quality tested, packed and ready to ship for restful sleep to our users worldwide
