Delivery

Delivery will be within 10 days from the date of placement of order and receipt of full payment. We use road transport operated by reputed Freight Carriers.

Pricing

Prices offered are the lowest while remaining consistent with the high quality standards we maintain. Prices are subject to change.

Warranty

The product is manufactured to IS and other International Standards. The product is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 20 years. 

Having been in the field of manufacturing for over 35 years, we have perfected the execution of the time-proven Dunlop process. 

Latex possesses a fundamental integrity that traditionally sees very little variation with respect to shape, thickness, and compression.
The product should not be exposed to direct/indirect sunlight and water.
The product should be stored properly with no heavy objects being placed on the mattress.

Return 

If found defective, the product, can be returned in its original  packing. Any damage caused at the customers’ end while storing or transporting will result in rejection of the claim. In the event of a fault within the product, photographic proof of the product must be produced. The original Invoice duly signed by us should be sent along with the product returned. The defects in the product should be informed within 5 working days by mail to aerolatex9@gmail.com or ajay.jayashanker@gmail.com.
